City Walk is a stylish and bustling district located in the heart of the city.

City Walk is situated near the Downtown area. It's just a five-minute drive from the Burj Khalifa. This district covers an area of over 900,000 square meters. The location is one of the main advantages of the district, providing quick access to iconic city landmarks:
The first buildings in City Walk appeared in the third quarter of 2011 when active construction began. The main developer and architect of the project was Dewan Architects & Engineers, who made a significant architectural contribution to creating the district’s atmosphere.
Initially, the district focused on commerce and luxury, but the concept was revised a few years later. Now, City Walk is centered around education, healthcare, and business — with offices, clinics, and educational institutions. The concept was influenced by the opening of the Canadian University and the transformation of a three-story department store into offices, now housing the regional headquarters of Talabat.
The district sees about 2,000 visitors daily, making the atmosphere quite lively. City Walk is preferred by business professionals.
City Walk impresses with its architecture. It’s built from natural materials, utilizing a lot of glass and concrete. Wide alleys, lawns, and greenery complement the district’s look perfectly.
City Walk is designed with the comfort and enjoyment of residents and visitors in mind. One of its main features is the large number of pedestrian routes. There are many wide sidewalks suitable for walks and outdoor activities, which is valuable in a city where cars are often the main mode of transport.
The district is so close to the beach that you can walk there. This is especially important in winter when the temperature is more pleasant for walks.
The district already has everything for a comfortable life: City Walk has 77 retail outlets, including coffee shops, three cafes, 17 fashion stores, and 27 restaurants. But this is just the beginning. City Walk’s future plans are truly impressive.
Soon, 65 new stores will open. This will increase the district’s occupancy to 98%, transforming it into a thriving multifunctional center with over 250 stores.

New sportswear brands including Lululemon, Adidas and Puma.
Seven premium wellness centers so area residents and visitors can keep track of their health. These include Body and Mind, Circle Care Clinic, Dentaldate Dental Clinic, Dream Up, Mid Clinic, Drop10 and Contrast.
Famous fashion and lifestyle brands Sophie Couture, The Giving Movement, Les Benjamins, Madly, Albeer Couture, Kataleya, Ludivine, Studio 971, Arclinea & Lema, NOK Home and Forma Italy have their own outlets.
New sales departments for automotive brands including Al Damani, TechArt, Bizzarini, JURA Store, NWTN Motors and Brabus.
22 offices for companies of different levels and formats.
Overall, the district is very promising — it’s a great place to live and invest in apartments for rent.
Sales of the last phase of the Central Park by Meraas will begin soon. This is the project where there are far more people wanting to buy apartments than there are units available.
