The Ritz-Carlton Residences Al Maryah Island Abu Dhabi is a waterfront development by SAAS Properties next to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The collection comprises 165 private homes, with completion scheduled for Q1 2030.

Kitchens and dining spaces centre on substantial islands, while the main bedroom suites have walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.
