The Views by Ardee Developments in Ras Al Khaimah

The Views by Ardee is a residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with completion planned for Q4 2029. Ardee Developments has designed two towers around a landscaped courtyard with pools. The homes include studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, with balconies extending the living spaces outdoors.

The collection totals 616 homes, comprising 272 studios, 288 one-bedroom apartments and 56 two-bedroom apartments. Starting total areas extend from 386 sqft (35.9 m²) for a studio to 1,028 sqft (95.5 m²) for a two-bedroom home. These areas include balconies, so the outdoor portion is part of the total rather than additional indoor space.

One-bedroom homes start at 676 sqft (62.8 m²). The Classic layout places a separate bedroom beside the living room, with a kitchen, store and laundry position near the entrance. The larger Premium layout adds an en-suite bathroom, powder room and walk-in wardrobe. In the two-bedroom Executive, a second bathroom sits off the hallway, separate from the main bedroom's en suite.

Rounded balcony edges and horizontal facade bands repeat across the towers. Full-height glazing lines the living rooms and bedrooms, while the entrance has a deep curved canopy. Inside, pale surfaces, timber-toned cabinetry and soft neutral colours carry through the kitchens and living rooms. Curved glazing and sculptural lighting distinguish the lobby from the residential interiors.

A resort-style swimming pool and a family pool occupy the landscaped shared grounds. Planting, loungers and outdoor seating sit around the water, with a residents' garden providing another place to spend time outside. Paths run between the planted areas and the pool terraces.

The fitness centre and wellness area provide space for exercise and relaxation within the development. A restaurant and bar, retail outlets and a social space add places to meet or eat near home. An event room accommodates gatherings separately from the apartment interiors.

Concierge and valet services handle arrival and parking assistance. Security operates around the clock, and EV points are included for electric vehicles. These services sit alongside the pools, garden and indoor facilities, with the entrance lobby acting as the reception point for residents and visitors.
