Waterfront by Missoni Al Reem Island brings the Italian fashion house's first residential address in Abu Dhabi to a site between a canal and the sea. Emirates Developments is developing the tower with 250 residences across 38 residential floors. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2030, with one- to four-bedroom apartments in the current offer and two five-bedroom penthouses in the overall collection.
One-bedroom apartments start at AED 1,900,000 ($517,400), with total areas from 668 sqft (62.1 m²). The two-bedroom entry point is AED 2,600,000 ($708,000) for homes from 1,128 sqft (104.8 m²). Both formats have balconies, living and dining space, a kitchen and a guest toilet. Different apartment types vary in shape and balcony proportions, so the total area includes a different balance of indoor and outdoor space in each layout.
Three-bedroom homes add a study, a maid's room with its own bathroom and a laundry. They begin at 2,516 sqft (233.7 m²), with prices from AED 5,500,000 ($1,497,600). Four-bedroom apartments have a separate kitchen and a maid's room, with starting areas of 2,949 sqft (274 m²) and prices from AED 8,500,000 ($2,314,500). The study in the three-bedroom type provides a workspace outside the living and sleeping rooms.
Curved balconies wrap the tower above a podium with Missoni's zigzag motifs. Inside, light oak flooring, bronze details and warm ivory porcelain in wet areas sit alongside the brand's fabric accents. The design also uses textured beige upholstery. Depending on orientation, apartments face the sea, canal, city or surrounding neighbourhood. The outlook is therefore a feature of the chosen home, alongside its floor and layout.
Swimming, padel and indoor training share the first-floor leisure level. The fitness centre has areas for cardio, strength and functional exercise, with space for stretching. Direct beach access at the base of the building adds a separate outdoor option, while the pool and sports court remain within the residents' facilities.
A children's room provides indoor play space, and the clubhouse gives residents somewhere to meet outside their apartments. Landscaped terraces have shaded seating. The barbecue and outdoor dining area adds space for shared meals, keeping those gatherings separate from the swimming and exercise areas.
