Registering real estate in Dubai is carried out by the Dubai Land Department. All real estate transactions, including ownership transfers, must be recorded through the DLD’s e-register system or at Real Estate Registration Trustee centres located across Dubai. This process is mandated for preserving the rights of all parties involved in real estate transactions.
