Do I Need Ejari for DEWA?

Yes, a valid Ejari is mandatory to activate your DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) supply. This process does not require you to visit DEWA Customer Happiness Centers as it can be conveniently done by obtaining Ejari from any of the property management companies and typing centers authorized by Dubai Land Department. Once you have Ejari, the DEWA supply will be activated upon payment of the DEWA security deposit through any of DEWA’s smart payment channels.
