Binghatti is joining forces with prestigious brands such as Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co, marking it as one of Dubai's top developers. This article delves into the brand's history and its distinctive approach as a developer in the UAE.
Binghatti stands out as one of the UAE's major developers. The company was founded in 2008 by Hussein Binghatti, the son of a nomadic Bedouin trader, and his sons. It's noteworthy for being one of the few Dubai market entities that bear the founder's name, with "Bin Ghatti" translating to "son of Ghatti."
The company's scope extends beyond real estate, encompassing the hospitality sector, design, and food and beverages. Its portfolio includes more than 40 projects, valued at over $3.5 billion dirhams ($952 million).
Muhammad Binghatti, the founder's son, aspired from a young age to make a name in real estate, aiming to elevate his construction firm to the fame of brands like Ferrari and Louis Vuitton.
By the age of 16, Muhammad was overseeing construction projects, and six years later, he fully joined the family business, accelerating Binghatti's growth. Today, it ranks among Forbes Middle East's top 100 real estate companies in the Arab world.
Since childhood, I was inspired by the aesthetics of automotive and aeronautic industries, and dreamt of creating a brand that would redefine the real estate industry and pay architectural homage to such design philosophies. I wanted my towers to be hyper-towers that evoked the emotions a enthusiast would have when seeing their favorite supercar. Binghatti is not merely a property developer - it's undoubtedly a brand.
— Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti
The company aims to collaborate with renowned brands, a strategy that significantly enhances its market presence. Muhammad has always envisioned Binghatti as a real brand recognized for its residential projects through such collaborations.
Over the past two years, Binghatti announced partnerships with global brands, intending to construct residences in collaboration with the jeweler-watchmaker Jacob & Co, automotive brand Bugatti, and car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz. Each partnership aims to reflect the brands' philosophies beyond merely placing their logos on buildings. This involves workshops, brief studies, and a deep dive into the company's history before embarking on a joint project.
Binghatti exceeds client expectations by prioritizing high-quality residential complexes and maintaining consistency in finishes and fixtures across all projects, regardless of their class.
In 2022, Dubai Land Department (DLD) recognized Binghatti as "The Fastest Developer" for completing 10 residential projects within a year. Binghatti is known for its punctuality in project delivery, often handing over projects ahead of schedule.
We perpetually strive to deliver a product that far exceeds the expectations of our stakeholders. Since our inception, our ultimate endeavor has revolved around being a game-changer in the real estate space by delivering groundbreaking projects of unmatched quality within record-breaking timelines.
— Hussain Binghatti, founder of Binghatti
Binghatti takes a unique approach to building design, ensuring that eco-friendliness, aesthetics, and functionality blend seamlessly for the end-user. The Millennium Binghatti Residences project, for example, was designed with solar path analysis to minimize solar radiation, crucial for the region's hot climate.

The developer meticulously selects locations for its projects, favoring areas like Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, the family-friendly Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), and the suburban Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Binghatti's color palette consists of orange, white, and black, each color symbolizing different aspects, such as the orange representing sunrise. These colors were chosen to match the region's climatic conditions and reduce solar glare.
An analysis of new Binghatti properties for sale shows an average property cost of $183,000, excluding luxury brand collaborations, which are priced significantly higher.
