    Majan is an area at Dubailand located along the major Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) motorway. From here, it is easy to reach different parts of Dubai by car: approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa, about 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport (DXB), and approximately 30 minutes to Dubai Marina. For those who commute to other areas every day, this is a significant advantage.

    Majan already has residential developments, office buildings, shops, cafes and services, with more under construction. There are many new projects with modern apartments, and prices are generally lower than in the central locations of the emirate. Green spaces are gradually appearing: small parks, squares, and footpaths where you can walk with your children and relax in the evening.
