The complex consists of two mid-rise blocks, one of which has commercial premises on the lower floors. Glass façades and landscaped terraces are complemented by expressive public areas.

The lobby and lounges feature a bold palette of blue, turquoise and terracotta tones, marble and metal accents, giving the entrance groups the design-hotel vibe.

Properties at Vibe by Arsenal East at Jumeirah Garden City include fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. The project comprises a total of 207 residences ranging in size from 342 sqft (32 m²) to 825 sqft (77 m²). The layouts feature integrated kitchens and living rooms, storage systems and expansive windows.

    Jumeirah Garden City is a major renovation project in central Dubai. It is located on the strip behind Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the DIFC and Dubai World Trade Centre. The area is being developed on the site of the old Al Satwa, and according to Meraas' master plan, it will be transformed into a vertical community with buildings up to eight storeys high, hotels, offices, parks and boulevards. This format creates a harmonious environment where you can live, work and relax within a single community. A well-designed street network with wide pavements, cycle paths and green areas makes the area comfortable for pedestrians. As the location transforms, property at Jumeirah Garden City is becoming an alternative to more expensive districts along Sheikh Zayed Road.

    For entertainment, you can head to City Walk with its cafes, cinema and The Green Planet pavilion, La Mer and Jumeirah Beach, and the Dubai Mall with its aquarium and dozens of attractions. All of these locations are within a 10-15 minute drive. A vibrant gastronomic scene has developed around the area, ranging from budget-friendly restaurants such as Bab Al Satwa, Zaiqa-e-Deccan (Charminar Darbar Restaurant) and Sialkoti Dhaba Cafeteria to concept venues in City Walk and Jumeirah.
