    The main advantage of Dubai South is its proximity to Al Maktoum Airport, which is gradually being developed as the city's future main airport. This is a plus for those who fly frequently and work in aviation and logistics. The area is located next to Jebel Ali and Dubai Investments Park, as well as close to the coast with Dubai Marina. It is convenient to access major highways from here, so residents of properties at Dubai South can usually reach Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah in 20-30 minutes, and the business centre and Downtown Dubai in about half an hour.

    Dubai South has the Emaar South Village shopping centre with a supermarket, cafes, a pharmacy, salons and services for everyday needs. The Dubai South Mall has been built, and a larger South Bay Mall is planned, with dozens of shops, supermarkets, a food court and a wellness centre.
