Modo at Avenew 888 is the first phase of a signature ensemble from Avenew Development, a new developer from Dubai that “creates not just homes, but experiences” combining comfort and a warm community atmosphere.

The project is designed as a self-contained town — five 11-story buildings form a small green courtyard, and the modular facades of the buildings create an interesting composition, providing great views and a play of light and shadow.
