HQ by Rove at Business Bay is the first commercial project in Dubai under the Rove Hotels brand, implemented by IRTH Group. The concept embodies the idea of a new generation of offices. The Class A tower has 31 floors: 23 are occupied by office spaces and 8 are parking lots for 988 cars.
The properties at HQ by Rove at Business Bay are modular and loft offices. The former are available in five configurations: Studio, Deluxe, Executive, Simple Edge and A La Carte. The lofts are offered in two variations: Edge and Penthouse. Each level has up to 22 offices, which can be grouped into larger blocks. Sizes range from 625 sqft (58 m²) to 5790 sqft (538 m²), making it easy to adapt the working space to specific tasks.
Offices at HQ by Rove at Business Bay are fully furnished and finished, with sophisticated interior design and ergonomics. Each space is crafted in Rove Hotels’ style, featuring contemporary aesthetics, functional layouts, and comfort for everyday work. A welcome addition is the panoramic views of Burj Khalifa.
The infrastructure covers approximately 120,000 sqft (11,150 m²) and includes a fitness room, a food hall, creative areas, conference rooms and lounges. An important feature is the HQ Desk corporate concierge with IT support, call handling, courier service, business process organisation and others. There are 21 high-speed lifts and EV charging stations. In the future, a private direct road will be built for the convenience of employees.
To buy an office at HQ by Rove at Business Bay, an interest-free payment plan is offered: 15% on booking, 35% during construction, and 50% upon completion. The project is scheduled for handover in Q1 2029.
