Dubai Islands is a new archipelago of five artificial islands off the northern coast of Dubai, opposite the Deira district. The project is being developed by Nakheel. The idea is simple: to create a coastal area with residential properties, hotels, marinas, parks, beaches, shopping and entertainment facilities.
One of the main advantages of Dubai Islands is its location. The islands offer convenient access to key points in the city: approximately 20 minutes by car to Dubai International Airport, about 25 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall, and about 30 minutes to Business Bay.
