Brabus Island Chapter Two by Cosmo Developments is the second phase of the BRABUS island at Al Seef (Al Raha Beach), which is developed in partnership with Reportage Properties.

The architecture and interiors here are reminiscent of the aesthetics of the famous German brand — strictly defined silhouettes, minimalism, attention to textures and light, and customization for the owner. The brand's signature colors, Black and Bold, White Bliss, and Grey Haven, are announced for the finishes.

Chapter Two features 92 residences, including Beach Villas by the water and Lake Villas near the lagoons, as well as Twin Villas, townhouses, penthouses, and VIP villas.

There are properties of various sizes: 3-bedroom townhouses ranging from 3938 sqft (368 m²), 4-bedroom villas ranging from 5524 sqft (516 m²), 5-bedroom villas from 7920 sqft (740 m²) to 9233 sqft (863 m²), and penthouses from 6297 sqft (589 m²) to 9440 sqft (882 m²). Many residences feature private pools, balconies/terraces, landscaped courtyards, and covered parkings.

The project's infrastructure includes a private beach for the residents, a marina for yachts and boats, adult and children's pools, a modern gym, landscaped and shaded recreation areas, as well as a pavilion with services and lounge areas. The developer hasn’t yet announced the current payment plans for the properties.

The stated completion date for Chapter Two is Q2 2029. The project is developed by Cosmo Developments (Flag Holding) under the management of Reportage Properties, which ensures a consistent standard of quality and branding in all elements, from the master plan to the final touches of the interior.
