It houses a large IKEA store, a LuLu hypermarket and supermarket, ACE Hardware, as well as dozens of shops selling clothing, homewares and electronics. Festival Plaza has many cafes and restaurants where you can have lunch or meet friends after work.

    In addition to shops, Wasl Gate has other infrastructure facilities. Festival Plaza is also home to Champs Sports Club, a large sports club with a gym, playgrounds, and halls for various sports.
