    Jumeirah Village Circle is a quiet residential area in Dubai. It is located between three major motorways: Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Hessa Street. This makes it convenient to get to almost any part of the city: about 15-20 minutes to Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, about 20 minutes to Downtown Dubai and about half an hour to the airport.

    One of the main reasons why people choose to live at Jumeirah Village Circle is the combination of more affordable housing prices and developed infrastructure. There are many modern houses with swimming pools, gyms and communal recreation areas, but the area does not look like a noisy tourist centre. The atmosphere is more homely: low-rise buildings, cosy streets, green parks.
