Kore by Imtiaz is an apartment development by Imtiaz Developments in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), Dubai. Studios and homes with 1 or 2 bedrooms are accompanied by a training gym, swimming pools, shared workspaces and recovery facilities. Recessed balconies and a grid of vertical facade frames give the building a clearly defined exterior.
Studios start at 406 sqft (37.7 m²), while 1-bedroom apartments begin at 669 sqft (62.2 m²). Open living areas and floor-to-ceiling glazing are part of the interior design. Pale surfaces, wood tones and integrated kitchen cabinetry continue through the living spaces, with a separate bedroom in the larger of these two categories.
Two-bedroom homes have a starting area of 1,406 sqft (130.6 m²), adding a second private bedroom alongside the shared living space. Every home includes a Heveya mattress, pillows and linens. The mattress combines natural latex layers with a goose-down topper. Its removable bamboo cover has organic cotton padding.
Raw Theory occupies 3,200 sqft (297.3 m²) and has Technogym equipment for cardio, strength and functional training. The selection includes 50 machines, alongside free weights and mobility equipment. Technogym Checkup adds assessments of body composition, movement and balance, with personalised training programmes based on the results.
The Hike makes the staircase an additional route for activity between floors. A padel court and an outdoor gym extend exercise beyond the indoor training space. The sports lounge provides a place to meet before or after a session, while the resident lounge offers seating for reading and conversation. Raw concrete, warm timber and soft lighting define the lobby.
Rooftop adult and children's pools sit alongside a sunset deck, with a wellness pool also included in the facilities. A sensory garden, family lawn and playground add outdoor spaces for different ages. The edible garden and a shared harvest table with a pavilion bring planting and communal dining into the landscaped areas. A conversation pit and shallow water feature provide further places to sit outdoors.
Sauna and red-light therapy through One Hype Wellness form the recovery offering. For work, the building has Kore Work Station and garden co-working pods. These facilities place indoor workspaces, outdoor seating and exercise areas within the same development, so residents can use them without travelling to a separate venue.
