Binghatti Wraith is a 19-storey residential tower by Binghatti in Al Jaddaf, Dubai. The project brings studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments to a central Dubai Creek district, with Al Jaddaf Metro Station about 2 minutes away and handover planned for Q4 2027.
The tower has 855 apartments, and most of the collection is made up of studios and 1-bedroom homes. Studios start from AED 799,999 ($217,800) with starting areas from 341 sqft, while the largest 3-bedroom apartments start from AED 3,499,999 ($953,000) with starting areas from 2,563 sqft.
Between these two points, buyers can choose 1-bedroom apartments from AED 1,299,999 ($354,000) and 2-bedroom apartments from AED 2,099,999 ($571,800). That mix gives investors a clear entry level through studios, while still leaving larger layouts for end-users who want more internal space in Al Jaddaf.
Binghatti Wraith is planned as a ground floor, 4 podium floors, 14 residential floors and a roof level. The podium includes covered resident parking, an outdoor amenity deck, landscaped walkways, storefronts and cafes, while the residential floors hold the apartment layouts. A double-height entry lobby and 24/7 concierge add a more serviced feel to the arrival experience.
The architecture uses Binghatti's recognizable geometric language, curved balconies and a high-contrast glass facade. The tower is designed as a compact urban address rather than a large master community, so its appeal depends on central access, metro proximity, building amenities and the visual identity of the facade.
The sports side includes an outdoor fitness area, yoga deck, gym and fitness centre, sports courts, a padel court, a half basketball court and a walking track. The water and leisure areas include an infinity pool, jacuzzi, shallow pool, sun deck, loungers and pool bar. For families, the project adds a children’s play area, kids pool, aqua play area and family BBQ area.
The 50/50 payment structure is straightforward: 20% down payment, 30% during construction and 50% upon handover. Buyers who prefer a lower completion balance may need a different structure, but this plan can suit investors who want to secure an Al Jaddaf unit now and prepare the larger final payment closer to Q4 2027.
