Tomorrow World Properties is a luxurious property developer based in Dubai. The company was founded in 2022 and is a part of the Tomorrow World Group conglomerate. Tomorrow World Properties is headquartered in Business Bay (Ubora Towers). The brand's ideology can be described as “Creating today's life with Tomorrow.” The founder and chairman of Tomorrow World Properties is Xu Ma. At least, that is how he’s presented in press releases about the company's entry into the UAE market and in industry publications. Legally, this developer is called TOMORROW WORLD REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT L.L.C. It is an LLC with a single member, and the company's paid-up share capital is AED 300,000 ($81,700).

In the UAE market, the developer is primarily known for its Tomorrow 166 project at Dubai Islands, presented in 2025, as well as the Tomorrow World Club service, which allows property owners to enjoy some special privileges (wellness programs, brand collaborations, yachting). The Gulf News portal notes that Tomorrow 166 residents receive these privileges automatically. In addition, in February 2025, the company also announced a strategic partnership with the Haidilao chain in Dubai.

The company is currently focused on the Dubai Islands area.
